Mô tả công việc

Understand clients’ objectives and requirements; conduct legal research and in-depth analysis;
Draft/review agreements, contracts, MOUs, due diligence reports and legal documents;
Draft/review application dossiers and liaise with authorities;
Independently handle matters and participate in Corporate and M&A transactions, including working with foreign clients;
Support senior lawyers in structuring and deal execution;
Maintain relationships with authorities;
Perform other assignments.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.); LL.M. or LPC is an advantage;
At least 02 years of relevant experience working for professional local law firms or international law firm;
Excellent English (written and spoken);
Well understanding of procedures/steps in dealing with investment and project-related work, confident to independently handle these assignments, which is required for Junior Associate of Investment & Corporate;
Strong analytical and communication skills;
Ability to manage workload and deadlines;
Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented;
Familiarity with legal tech/AI tools is an advantage.
