Legal Staff
Mô tả công việc
1. Ensure that the Company's production and business of Products and Services comply with the law, specifically as follows:
1.1. Updating and analyzing changes in Law affecting production and business activities of the Company, mainly related to the field of Investment, Enterprise, trademark, trade and other related fields: chemicals, safety,
1.2. Directly prepare legal documents, monitor the process and work with State agencies to register and adjust the Company's legal documents, mainly related to the fields of Investment, Enterprise, trademark brand, commercial,
1.3. Support specialized departments in preparing legal documents for registration and adjustment of other legal documents
2. Reviewing, drafting service contract, Sales contract, Construction (bilingual),
3. Organizing, managing legal documents and Contracts of the Company,
4. Reviewing internal documents, regulations, internal processes of the Company,
5. Consulting and handling disputes,
6. Perform compliance activities upon request of the Company and the Group,
7. Perform other assigned tasks.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor of Law (Having Certificate of Lawyer training is preferred)
- Experience in the same position or working in Law Firms (at least 2 years)
- TOEIC - from 750 pts or equivalent,
- Good reading-writing skill and basic communicate skill,
- Good negotiation skill, convincing skill and presenting skill,
- Honest, open-minded, polite.
